2. Age & Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and located in a state where Lumora MD operates. You must provide accurate and complete information.
3. Telehealth Services & Provider Relationship
Lumora MD is a technology platform that facilitates telehealth services delivered by independent, licensed medical providers (“Providers”) through affiliated medical groups.
Lumora MD does NOT provide medical care and does not practice medicine.
Providers determine whether telehealth is appropriate and may decline treatment or prescriptions.
4. Not for Emergencies
The Services are NOT for emergencies.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
5. Prescriptions & Limitations
Providers may prescribe medications when medically appropriate.
Lumora and affiliated Providers do not prescribe controlled substances or medications prohibited by federal or state law.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide truthful and complete information
- Use the Services legally and respectfully
- Not misuse or attempt to hack the platform
- Not impersonate another person
- Not use the Services for fraudulent activities
7. Payments & Refunds
If paid services are offered:
- You agree to pay all fees associated with your use
- Subscription services renew automatically unless cancelled
- Refunds are issued only according to our posted policies
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, design, and materials on the Website belong to Lumora MD. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any content.
9. Third-Party Services
We may link to or integrate third-party labs, pharmacies, providers, or tools.
We are not responsible for their content, actions, or policies.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee medical outcomes, treatment results, or platform availability.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Lumora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lumora MD, affiliated medical groups, and Providers against claims arising from your misuse of the Services.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nevada.
Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration unless prohibited by law.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
